Après des mois d'efforts, nous avons reçu l'autorisation tant attendue du DGEQ !
Notre parti Vision Saint-Lambert - Équipe Karl Villeneuve a été approuvé.
C'est une autre étape franchie dans notre démarche pour amener une véritable représentation citoyenne à Saint-Lambert.

C'est pourquoi dans les faits, l'absence de parti favorise l'élite politique locale, encourage l'émergence des maires populistes, diminue la transparence sur les idéologies des élus, favorise la dominance de la scène politique par les groupes d'intérêts locaux et réduit la participation au vote.''
''La plus grande contribution des partis est qu'ils augmentent la <<lisibilité>> de l'élection pour l'électeur. Ils nous sortent d'une dynamique traditionnelle où l'électeur doit faire un choix entre des personnalités plutôt qu'entre des programmes.''
''Par ailleurs, la nature même des <<indépendants>>, l'action isolée, limite au strict minimum leurs activités de réflexion et de mobilisation politique en dehors des campagnes électorales.''
On peut dire que depuis très longtemps à Saint-Lambert on ne choisit pas les options d'un programme qui nous conviennent et répondent à nos aspirations. Les citoyens élisent des notables, des personnalités connues et ensuite ces élus suivent les recommandation de la direction générale de la ville et des services municipaux. C'est donc le plan d'action proposé par l'administration municipale qui est mis en oeuvre.
Notre projet avec Vision Saint-Lambert est de ''créer un programme qui est issu d'une démarche citoyenne. Notre objectif est de créer une famille politique évoluant dans une démarche structurée qui permet une démarche encadrée permettant d'établir une vision d'avenir pour Saint-Lambert.''
''C'est donc ce programme qui obtient la sanction des citoyens et qui est soumis par la suite à la fonction publique par les élus pour la mise en oeuvre. En ce sens, avec un parti politique municipal nous inversons les rôles.
Au lieu de passer de l'administration municipale vers le citoyen, le programme passe du citoyen vers l'administration municipale. Et c'est ainsi qu'il devient plus facile une reddition de comptes par les élus sortants.''

Our project with Vision Saint-Lambert is to '' create a program that is the result of a citizen approach. Our objective is to create a political family evolving in a structured approach which allows a supervised approach allowing to establish a vision of the future for Saint-Lambert. ''

Instead of moving from the municipal administration to the citizen, the program moves from the citizen to the municipal administration. And this is how it becomes easier to be accountable by outgoing elected officials. ''
