Vision Saint-Lambert a été invité au Club de Boulingrin pour découvrir ce trésor caché de Saint-Lambert. Pendant une heure trente, nous avons découvert l'histoire du boulingrin, sa tradition Lambertoise, visiter les installations et même appris à jouer.
Nous avons un endroit unique et absolument magnifique à Saint-Lambert. Ce sport gagne à être découvert et apprécié. C'est un sport multigénérationnel. Nous avons adoré notre expérience.

Le club de boulingrin de Saint-Lambert est le club au Québec qui a contribué dans les dix dernières années à former le plus grand nombre d’athlètes qui ont participé aux compétitions nationales du Canada !
Un de nos joueurs fut en mesure de jouer encore au boulingrin alors qu’il avait plus de 90 ans?
Au printemps 2020, en enlevant la toile, nous avons constaté que notre gazon avait suffoqué durant l’hiver et qu’il était complètement mort sur 90% de sa surface. C’était également la pandémie qui faisait rage. Pendant le reste de l’été, six personnes ont consacré plus de 3000 heures pour rebâtir pour une seconde fois en 8 mois notre terrain de boulingrin.
Le gazon est incroyable on pensait que c'était du gazon synthétique!

Le club de boulingrin gagne à être connu et il est évident que c'est un endroit
à fort potentiel de développement pour notre communauté Lambertoise.
Le petit chalet est hyper sympathique et ce bâtiment offre aussi une superbe possibilité d'y créer une maison des jeunes en y réaménageant le sous-sol.
C'est définitivement un projet porteur pour Saint-Lambert!

Vision Saint-Lambert was invited to the Boulingrin Club to discover this hidden treasure of Saint-Lambert. For an hour and a half, we learned about the history of bowls, its Lambertoise tradition, visit the facilities and even learn to play.
We have a unique and absolutely beautiful place in Saint-Lambert. This sport deserves to be discovered and appreciated. It is a multigenerational sport. We loved our experience.

The Saint-Lambert lawn bowling club is the club in Quebec that has contributed over the past ten years to training the greatest number of athletes who have participated in Canadian national competitions!
One of our player was able to play lawn bowls again when he was over 90?
In the spring of 2020, when removing the canvas, we found that our grass had suffocated during the winter and that it was completely dead on 90% of its surface. It was also the raging pandemic. During the remainder of the summer, six people devoted more than 3,000 hours to rebuild our lawn for the second time in 8 months.
The lawn bowling club deserves to be known and it is obvious that it is a place
with strong development potential for our Saint-Lambert community.
The little chalet is super nice and this building also offers a superb possibility of creating a youth center by redeveloping the basement.
It is definitely a promising project for Saint-Lambert!
